By far the BEST Cuban sandwich you will ever eat!
Huge crunchy bread sandwich with generous portions of meats
All run by a mother and son team
    ROCK ON !

This Cuban was perfect! Bread fresh, an inch thick pile of cold cuts, flavorful pork, and it was huge! Can I say that again? HUGE! It was so good, I had to try something else from the menu. So, I went with the garbanzo bean soup, which was savory, and full of beans, potatoes, and pork. So good, I ordered some to take home.

I was on a run, so I decided to try the homemade flan, neatly stacked in their ramekins. The flans was rich, creamy, and modestly sweet, with the perfect amount of vanilla.

At this point they were going to have to roll me out the door.

All in all, it's well worth the extra few minutes to visit Perera for a Cuban sandwich and a soda. Be daring try some of the other items.

On another note, the place was super clean. The staff incredibly polite. I noticed the chef was hand breading fish fillets, which no one takes the time to do anymore. Genuine from-scratch cooking and care.

Next time I'm trying the fish dish. Enjoy!

I drove by and decided to give it a try. The parking lot was fairly full at lunch time. The place was full of Army men, one who used to live here and highly recommends this place. They complimented the chef on the plantains. He recommended they come back for breakfast and order plantains in an omelet! Sounds odd. The team who took our order is a mother-son duo. Our authentic Cuban sandwiches hit the spot :)

Best authentic Cuban! Stopped by today with my mom for lunch and was blown away! I grew up in FL and missed having good Cuban food! The price can't be beat either, 15 dollars and we got a Cuban and two sides of black beans and two drinks. The owners were making their special beef and macrons and they let us try it, very flavorful. Pro tip; one Cuban is huge and enough to share for two people. Also you don't need the lettuce or tomato, but they do offer it.

Excellent Cuban sandwich here! Owners were very nice and took great pride in their food. We will definitely be returning.
